Christian Employees Serving the Police Department Are an Integral Part of the Department: CCPO Lahore
Lahore, December 24: A special ceremony was organized at the Capital City Police Headquarters to honor Christian employees on the occasion of Christmas. CCPO Lahore Bilal Siddique Kamyana, cut a Christmas cake with Christian employees, extended them warm Christmas greetings and distributed gifts.
The event was attended by SSP (Admin) Atif Nazir, DSP Kashif Dogar, other officers and Christian employees. Participants acknowledged the contributions of the Christian community.
Speaking at the ceremony, CCPO Lahore highlighted that Christian employees serving the police department are an integral part of Police Department. He extended his heartfelt Christmas wishes to all Christian employees.
Bilal Siddique Kamyana remarked that Lahore Police operates as a family, sharing in each other’s joys and sorrows. He emphasized that foolproof security is being ensured for Christmas religious programs and places of worship. Additionally, security measures at recreational spots will remain stringent to ensure that Christian citizens can celebrate their festival in a peaceful environment.
The CCPO also stated that the Meesaq Centers established in the provincial capital are prioritizing resolving issues faced by Christian citizens.
The ceremony concluded with prayers for national security and Christian employees reaffirmed their commitment to public service.
